Tonight we’ll be heading to Villager for a great night. Inside, a funky décor that's part old-world colonial (a chandelier and ceiling fan hang lustily from above) and part graffiti-chic (stereo-stencil art and faux grime painted along the walls) gives a trendy look in similar to its sister bars Dragonfly and the Voodoo Rooms in the style stakes.
The service is just as great and the drinks innovative, with an eclectic cocktail list reflecting a range of cultural references, from the 'Zhivago martini' to the Stevie Wonder homage 'berry superstitious'.
If you’re in the mood for some nibbles, a seasonally changing food menu is sure to satisfy your taste buds with smaller dishes ranging from £3.25 -£4.50, yummy salads and sandwiches from £5.00 - £6.50 and mains from £6.50 - £8.50. The Villager also serves delicious sharing platters from £10.50 bursting with delicious ‘chicken skewers with satay dip, prawn tempura, home-made vegetable spring rolls, beef quesadillas, house olives, bread and oils’.
It’s going be a relaxed laid back night, everyone’s out to chat make friends and have fun so we hope you’ll join us!

Hi Sandy - I'm afraid my travel plans to Edinburgh have been a bit scuppered by the weather reports and I'm going to work from home in Glasgow today - sadly means I'll miss tonight's social - apologies for late notice - hope it goes well - have a fab Xmas :)
