We'll have an area reserved for us at Amicus Apple, where a host will be waiting to welcome you when you arrive and settle you in to the Social. (Make sure you check here before the Social to see who is hosting)
Keep your eyes peeled for a CitySocialising logo on the table or ask the venue staff for the table reserved under the name CitySocialising.

Please accept our apologies however due to lack of numbers this Social will no longer be going ahead.Our policy to ensure you get to meet a good mix of people through CitySocialising is that if less than six members are available to attend the Social is cancelled and a full refund or transfer provided to those regular members that have paid a fee to attend the Social.

Please do feel free to use the Socials message board, or our private messaging system however, to get in touch with the others that were due to attend and arrange to meet up anyway of course!

*****************If you're up for a fun night out, are a salsa fan or you just want to have a go, come and join a group of fellow CitySocialisers as we join the salsa class and club night at El Barrio.
El Barrio is a very popular a salsa bar located on Rose street, in the heart of Edinburgh. On Fridays the bar offers free classes which are relaxed and loads of fun. Taught by real salsa professionals, the class is a fun and relaxed affair staged in a fantastic setting, where everyone is welcome. Whether you're a total beginner, improver or intermediate, you'll be taught at a pace that's right for you.
While the bar stays true to its Latin roots, using traditional rustic design and craftsmanship, modern functionality and technology have not been forgotten; El Barrio is the last word in both warm authenticity and cool modernity.
We’ll first be meeting at Amicus Apple, where we’ll 45 minutes or so to grab a drink, chat, relax, unwind after a hard week of work and socialise together, before heading for El Barrio at 8.45pm.
Once the class finishes we'll be able to stay on the dancefloor to practice what we've learned or head to the bar to cool off...
